The 163-room Hotel Carlton is an historic and stately building originally constructed in 1927, completely refurbished in 2004, and located near Union Square and the Theatre District, an area of the city that is distinctly “San Franciscan” in its architecture and environment. The "international vintage" ambiance of the Hotel Carlton features eclectic and exotic touches from around the world that celebrate the joy of travel.

Saha Restaurant serves Arabic-fusion cuisine for dinner and a traditional American breakfast with Arabic influences. The restaurant's ebony-wood planks, bright red lacquer seats and red leather upholstery contribute to a warm and inviting experience.

Saha Restaurant, meaning "to your health", is a 60 seat café serving Arabic fusion cuisine open for both breakfast and dinner. The breakfast menu puts a delicious spin on the traditional american breakfast allowing guest to "spice up" conventional egg dishes. The dinner menu focuses on flavors from the Middle East, France, and Spain while fusing the styles of cooking and flavors from around the world.
The café’s ebony-wood planked floor, bright red lacquer seats and red leather upholstery along with an old-world Chinese “scholar’s table that seats eight, bring friends and families together to share the adventures of the day.
